My dear most deserving friend received her beautiful bouquet, sent a picture and it was exactly how it was portrayed. She is thrilled and I am grateful. The follow up message from the florist was a cherry on top of a wonderful experience for my friend and for me. My wife loves the flowers and delivery was on time. My only problem is that you called my wife to confirm when the flowers were supposed to be a surprise! I put her number only in case of emergencies - that number was explicitly for emergencies only. Why didn’t you call me? You wanted to know if I live in a gated community?? Was that en emergency and cause to call my wife who these flowers were a surprise?! You blew the surprise. Don’t worry I will keep ordering from you but I will never put my wife’s phone number anywhere. ---- Florist's Response: Hi Roger. I am so sorry about that. The drivers are trained to call everyone unless they are instructed otherwise. In addition to verifying the address, we also want to make sure someone will be home because we don't like to leave flowers without permission. Again, I am so sorry we spoiled the surprise.
